Please bring a bag of fire wood each. Fires only if permitted at the time of the event.
Dinner on Saturday Night:
Childrens Santa: Parents bring a gift for each of their children wrapped with their name on it.
Adult Secret Santa: Bring one wrapped gift per adult with no name to the value of up to $15
Any questions in the Christmas chatroom.
Itinerary:
Friday: arrive at camp from 12pm and put up Club Christmas tree and decorations. (arrive earlier if you wish)
December Club meeting at 7pm. Appreciate everyone attending.
Saturday: Adult and kids games from 2pm
Santa arrives at 4pm
6pm prepare for dinner
7pm Dinner and Dessert, followed by Music
Sunday: 8am Breakfast Bacon and Eggs supplied by club (need 4 volunteers. 2 to cook and 2 to clean bbq when finished)
4pm head home.
The club has a no-pet policy on club events as stated in our By-Laws.
This event works best when everyone puts their hand up to help.
