Financial Club Members Christmas Party 

Yeehaw! It's Time to Celebrate!

The 4wd Adventure Club Sunshine Coast Inc. invites all financial members to celebrate another fantastic year of four-wheel driving, camping adventures, and great friendships.

This year, we are going country! Whether you want to dress as a true-blue bushman, wear your favorite plaid shirt, or rock a classic cowboy hat, we want to see your best country festive attire.

What's in Store:

• Festive Country Feast: A hearty dinner with all the classic trimmings.
• Great Music & Entertainment: Dust off your dancing boots for a fun social evening.
• Annual Presentations: Celebrating our outstanding members and silly things from throughout the year.
• Kids Activities: Special games and a surprise festive guest!

Childrens Santa: Parents bring a gift for each of their children wrapped with their name on it.

Adult Secret Santa: Bring one wrapped gift per adult with no name to the value of up to $15

Itinerary: 

Friday: arrive at camp from 12pm and put up Club Christmas tree and decorations. (arrive earlier if you wish)

December Club meeting at 7pm. Appreciate everyone attending.

Saturday: Adult and kids games from 2pm

Santa arrives at 4pm 

6pm prepare and dress for dinner

7pm Dinner, dessert and awards, followed by Music 

Sunday: 8am Breakfast Bacon and Eggs supplied by club (need 4 volunteers. 2 to cook and 2 to clean bbq when finished)

4pm head home.

The club has a no-pet policy on club events as stated in our By-Laws.

This event works best when everyone puts their hand up to help.
