Financial Club Members Christmas Party 

Trip Leaders: Social Committee 

Theme this year is: Happy Days Rock'n'Roll  so 1950's costumes and music.

Dinner on Saturday Night: Dinner will be Milk Bar Theme with Hamburges, Hot Dogs and Milkshakes

Childrens Santa: Parents bring a gift for each of their children wrapped with their name on it.

Adult Secret Santa: Bring one wrapped gift per adult with no name to the value of up to $15

Any questions in the Christmas chatroom.

Itinerary: 

Friday: arrive at camp from 12pm and help put up the club tarp, Christmas tree and decorations. 

December Club meeting at 7pm. Appreciate everyone attending.

Saturday: Adult and kids games from 2pm

Santa arrives at 4pm 

6pm prepare for dinner

7pm Dinner and Dessert, followed by Awards and Music. Dinner will be Hamburgers, Hot Dogs and Milshakes. please bring 6ft table if you have one to set up for dinner.

Sunday: 8am Breakfast Bacon and Eggs supplied by club (need 4 volunteers. 2 to cook and 2 to clean bbq when finished)

4pm head home.

The club has a no-pet policy on club events as stated in our By-Laws.

This event works best when everyone puts their hand up to help.
