Financial Club Members Christmas Party at Pelican Bay Camp Area Inskip Point

Meet at camp. 

Cost is $7.25 per person per night Family Rate $ 25per night prices subject to change. Check QPWS website.

Please bring a bag of fire wood each. FIres only if permitted at the time of the event.

The club has a no-pet policy on club events as stated in our By-Laws.

No Toilets or water so need bring your own.

Dinner on Saturday Night:

The club will be supplying what members decide most likely Prawns, Chicken and Ham.

Please let us know what side dish and dessert you can bring in the chatroom.

Childrens Santa: Parents to bring a gift for each of their children wrapped with their name on it.

Adult Secret Santa: Bring one wrapped gift per adult with no name to the value of up to $15

Itinerary: 

Friday: arrive at camp from 12pm and put up Club Christmas tree and decorations. (arrive earlier if you wish)

December Club meeting at 7pm. Apprciate eveyone attend.

Saturday: Adult and kids games from 2pm

Santa arrives at 4pm 

6pm prepare for dinner

7pm Dinner and Dessert followed by and Music 

Sunday: 8am Breakfast Bacon and Eggs supplied by club (need 4 volunteers. 2 to cook and 2 to clean bbq when finished)

4pm head home.
